Cherry POP!

The spice and fruitiness of cherry liquor matches beautifully with the citrus notes of our tonic syrup. This fruity cocktail is sure to POP at your next dinner party! 

Ingredients:
30ml sin-kō-nah tonic syrup
20ml Cherry Heering Liquor
25ml fresh lemon juice
7.5ml sugar syrup or sugar to taste

Method:

1. Into a cocktail mixer add all ingredients.
2. Shake over ice and then strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a fresh cherry if in season, or a cheeky maraschino cherry for olde times sake.
